Supreme Party

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. You need to pay a deposit of 50% when you book the party/event. (7 days cooling off, otherwise non refundable) In cash, or EFT.
2. Your party/event needs to be paid in full by the close of the party/event. Either by Cash or EFT.
3. You need to book between Six (6) to Eight (8) weeks ahead, to ensure your preferred date is available and to ensure we can source the appropriate supplies, should we not have them in stock.
4. Williams World of Wonder will not host a Childs party that runs more than Two (2) hours, unless previously agreed to in writing. (An extended party will incur extra costs).
5. To ensure safety, only Williams World of Wonder staff is allowed to serve the food and drink from the appliances we provide.
6. Children/ Parents are not to operate equipment supplied by Williams World of Wonder.
7. For Williams World of Wonder to ensure safety and a smooth party running, we require your party area to be free of all debris.
8. Should you own animals that can interfere, they need to be kept away from the chosen party area.
9. If Williams World of Wonder staff see a child deliberately disrupting the party by (A) Bullying others, (B) Being rude towards Williams World of Wonder Staff, (C) Attempting to or actually wrecking/defacing Williams World of Wonder property, (D) Stealing or touching others’ property without permission; We will ask the party childs parent/guardian to speak with the disruptive child, if they persist, We will notify the parent/guardian and ask that they collect their child from the party.
10. Should the weather not be favourable for a party, it is the responsibility of the client to provide alternate locations for the party/event in unfavourable weather
